Welcome. If you are reading this, you have likely just completed the Manager Readiness Diagnostic, either for yourself or as a baseline test for your organization.
You now have a snapshot of how your leadership layer is currently operating across the five core foundations: The Shift, Clarity, Direction, Self, and Team.
Most leaders look at their results and immediately focus on the gaps with a sense of anxiety. I encourage you to look at them differently. In management, your lowest bar isn’t a permanent weakness to hide; it is your highest-return lever. It is the exact place where targeted development will yield the fastest visible changes in your team’s output.
How to read your results
If your overall readiness is hovering in the “Running on Instinct” or “Finding Your Footing” bands, your managers are likely surviving on raw effort and technical skill. It works for a while, but it doesn’t scale, and it doesn’t transfer to new hires.
Look closely at your lowest individual foundation:
Is it “The Shift”? Your managers are still doing the work instead of leading the team. They are senior doers, creating a bottleneck.
Is it “Clarity”? Your team is losing hundreds of hours to rework, misalignment, and avoided conversations.
Is it “Direction”? Your people are working hard, but not on what actually moves the needle for the business.
The systemic fix
“Ready” is a result, not a requirement. Leadership reaches business performance through the deliberate decisions a manager makes.
The Great Manager Program is a 7-week sprint designed to build these exact five foundations using your managers’ actual daily work. We don’t teach theory; we contract on observable behavior change, verified by you at the 90-day mark.
Let’s discuss your cohort
