Before You Begin
When I first became a manager, I discovered that leadership wasn’t something you could learn from a single book or theory. It had to be lived, tested and experienced in real moments of pressure, uncertainty, and growth. Over the years in my career, I tried and tested many management concepts and most importantly, I documented them down.
